How SNAP works

Plan B2B events faster — without spreadsheets, middlemen, or paid signup walls.

1

Describe your event

Type a brief in your own words — city, headcount, event type, budget range, anything else that matters. No forms, no dropdowns. The AI parses your intent across all 14 vendor categories and infers anything you left out (e.g. typical guest mix for a product launch).

2

Get a shortlist per category

We rank vendors by a composite intelligence score built from 8 deterministic signals (Google rating quality, web presence, YouTube engagement, response time, portfolio depth, and more) plus an LLM-generated match-reason specific to your brief.

3

Compare, refine, and reach out

Tick 2-3 vendors per category to compare head-to-head. Refine your brief mid-conversation — "premium only," "need outdoor," "under 200k budget" — and watch the shortlist update. When you're ready, send an RFP to the whole shortlist at once (Phase 2 feature).

Why it's different

Merit-ranked, not pay-to-win

Vendors can pay for a clearly-labelled "Featured" slot above the list — but the AI ranking itself is purely algorithmic. Paid vendors never jump the line inside the shortlist.

Free for organisers forever

We're structurally a vendor-funded model. Cvent and Reposite charge organisers; we charge vendors for visibility. Organisers never pay us.

Evidence-backed match reasons

Every match comes with an x-ray report: an 8-dimension scorecard, a trust score, sample reviews classified by client type, and pricing signals. You can tell why each vendor was picked.
